When donating blood, please eat and drink plenty of fluids. Bring Donor card or photo ID. Minimum 110 pounds and generally healthy. Minimum 16 years old (with Vitalant signed parental consent form) - Ages 17+ can donate, there is no upper age limit for blood donation.
